DJ Lou was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  He started djing at age 19 for local clubs.  He took time off to pursue his career and raise his family, and came out of retirement in 2001.  He started off doing sweet 16’s and over time added on bigger venues such as weddings and bar mitzvahs.  In 2012, he released his first song called “The Stop”, a newer, fresher, line dance song for all occasions.  The song has become a hit in the Dominican Republic and is currently played in resorts in Punta Cana.  In 2017, he came up with the idea for his second song, “The Snap”, which was written on a beach during a vacation on a beautiful island.  DJ Lou is currently available for hire for all types of parties and venues.  To contact him, please visit the contact page.
